How do I return an item?
Window SOX® are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If your Window SOX® is faulty please email us with details so we can arrange for a replacement. The faulty product, in its original packaging, must be returned upon replacement.

What are the delivery times?
All orders are sent via a Courier Company to the specified delivery address. Deliveries may vary, taking up to 10 days depending on the location.

Window SOX® is not currently available for my car?
Try the Window SOX® EASY-FIT range. There are three universal fits designed to fit most Sedans & Hatchbacks, People Movers, 4WDs & Wagons. Use the search function in the "BUY NOW" section and select "EASY FIT" to view the three available options. If you would like to enquire about a Window SOX® for your model of car please contact us via e-mail.
